The hygienist was great but the dentist was rough and I was in pain. I started crying. He seemed a bit harsh with his bedside manner, as well. After I started crying, I heard him tell the assistant he was having a bad day and he even used profanity in front of me. I won't come back.

Hello coming from someone who previously hated the dentist, thankfully the transition to luchini family dentistry has turned a former lover of dentistry into a lover of dentistry. I see Dr. Luchini as my dentist but have also had Lexi as Dental Assistant and others, and everyone is very warm and welcoming, including Ryan the front desk person and just everyone there. It is a very convenient location for me, I could literally walk to it if I wanted to. The clinic is small and cozy and comfortable. They are reasonable and pretty easy to work with in my experience in terms of finance and billing and everything like that. Otherwise the care itself is excellent and I highly recommend Luchini Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a nice dentist practice.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. A single tooth treatment turned into a nightmare, causing severe pain and requiring over $2,000 in additional care from a specialist and an emergency dentist. Despite this, my insurance was still billed multiple times for the work done at this office to “fix” the issue, leaving me with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for planned treatments I could no longer afford. This situation reflects what I consider irresponsible dentistry. I was unaware that multiple return visits for the same tooth had exhausted my insurance benefits. I came back for additional work and afterwards, I discovered my coverage was gone, and I had to pay entirely out of pocket. To make matters worse, at the appointment I had to pay out of pocket for, the dentist was double-booked, and the procedure felt rushed. The fillings do not feel right but I won't be returning here to get it fixed.

Dr. Luchini is fantastic! He goes above and beyond for his patients! The clinic makes every visit comfortable and stress-free with genuine care and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend for exceptional dental care!

I have been looking for a new dentist for my family and I, and can not recommend Dr. Luchini and his staff enough! The atmosphere is very warm and Dr. Joe is very patient and kind. My 2 year old did a visit as well and the whole staff was so good with him. Everyone from Courtney up front to Taylor in the back is excellent!
